VanLife Connect relies on internet or mobile connectivity for bookings, messaging, payments and real-time updates. In some regional and remote areas of Australia, connectivity may be limited or unavailable, which can delay requests, confirmations, notifications and payment processing.
If you experience connectivity issues while travelling, some actions may not immediately process or appear within the app until your device reconnects to the internet. Booking confirmations, payment processing and message delivery are only effective once successfully received and processed by VLC servers.
For the best experience, we recommend confirming important bookings, payments and travel arrangements while connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi where possible, particularly when travelling through remote areas.
