VanLife Connect is an adults-only platform intended for users aged 18 years and over.
VanLife Connect has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, exploitation of minors, or any behaviour that endangers children.
Users must not use listings, messaging, Travel Mates, community posts, profiles, images, reviews or any other feature of the platform to create, upload, share, request, promote or distribute exploitative or unlawful content involving minors.
Users can report inappropriate content, behaviour or safety concerns directly within the app. Reports may be reviewed and action may include content removal, warnings, restrictions, suspension, permanent account removal, or referral to relevant authorities where required.
VanLife Connect may preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities in relation to suspected unlawful activity involving child safety.
