You can manage your notification preferences in the app under Profile → Settings → Notifications
From here, you can control which notifications you receive, including:
• Service
Booking activity, transactions and service-related updates
• Community
Community posts, comments, reactions and replies
• Mates
Travel Mates messages, group chats and mate requests
• System
Important platform updates, disputes, moderation actions and account notices
• Email Notifications
Booking confirmations, payment updates, cancellations and dispute notifications
You can also choose how reminders are handled, including:
• Gentle Reminder (default)
• Remind Again if Not Actioned
Marketing emails and newsletters such as The Campfire Intelligence Report can be unsubscribed from at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the email. If you later want to resubscribe, you can do so through the VanLife Connect website newsletter signup page.
Your device settings can also be used to control how notifications appear on your phone, including sounds, banners, previews and lock screen notifications.ings, you can also control how VanLife Connect notifications appear (banner style, sound, etc.) as described earlier in the troubleshooting section
