  • Email: You can send a detailed email to our support team at support@vanlifeconnect.com.au (or the support contact listed in the website). Include your account email, a description of the problem, and any relevant screenshots. We aim to reply promptly.

Provide details: When reporting an issue, the more specifics you give, the better. Let us know your device model (e.g., “iPhone 11 iOS 15” or “Samsung S21 Android 12”), the approximate time it happened, and steps to reproduce the problem if you know them. For example, “The app crashes every time I try to upload a profile picture of type PNG.” These clues help us isolate and fix issues faster.
