When does my service become visible to Travellers?

Your service becomes visible when:

  • You are checked in at a location, and
  • Your schedule is active

You can check in using Smart Arrival or manually within the app.

If your service is not visible, confirm:

  • You are checked in
  • Your availability is set
  • The service is not delisted
